Important Account Information

The month starts from the date when the account is created and ends one calendar month later.
Example: 19th December 2009 to 18th January 2009 equals a one-month account.

For accounts greater than one month the same definition applies.
Example: 1st January 2009 to 31st March 2009 equals a 3 months account.

Accounts must be promptly paid and received by Ai Tel for account renewal.

Advance payment for block or unlimited hours accounts is required.

Connection is not guaranteed at peak times however it is our best intention to make a port available to you.

Usage of previous sessions can be viewed at My Account anytime however, you must login using your account username and password. Note the Created On Date for your account and choose this day as the beginning of the month you wish to view. (The default date is the current day that you are logged in)

The standard Terms and Conditions apply to all account.

Account holders must be 18 years or older and account usage is account holder's responsibility.
Example - Children under 18 using Parent's account or an Employee on a Business account.

Invoices are sent 7 days prior to end of current month either by fax, post or email according to client's request and include GST.

* Administration Fees for Change of Plans within billing period

Please note that our plans are designed in many flavours and flexibility to suit many varied users however, changing plans should be implemented at the end of your current billing period to avoid any Administration Fees. Email us to organise an automatic changeover to your new plan at no cost. Whichever is the higher amount of the following fees will be charged if changing plans within the billing period - A minimum Administration Fee of $10 will be charged for changing accounts or for Download plans then a fee of 25 cents per MB will be charged or for Hourly plans then a fee of 85 cents per hour will be charged.
